TONYA, FIRST RESPONDER SPOUSE

Do you feel the stressors of this unique lifestyle impacting you & your family?

Your First Responder starts their career. They are excited and eager to make a difference. You are proud and supportive.

Overtime you notice changes they are negative, moody, detached, have a distant stare and glazed over look. They no longer want to socialize or do the things they once enjoyed.

You are overwhelmed, doing all the things to care for your First Responder Family, while trying to juggle and balance life. You are exhausted, lonely and sad.

Your kids are starting to withdraw or become clingy. You notice they have anxiety and changes in their sleep, appetite, school performance and relationships with peers.

You keep trying to go on. It gets harder. You feel you are at a breaking point.

Join me to learn what it takes to connect, communication, restore peace in your home and become resilient as a First Responder Family!
